Terms and Conditions
By booking a service with Titan Auto Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- No payment is required at the time of booking. After your appointment is scheduled, an invoice will be sent for full payment. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to secure the appointment.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- Appointments with unpaid invoices 48 hours prior to service may be canceled.
- If any concerns arise during service, please notify us at the time of service so they may be addressed promptly.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before service without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to be present at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the payment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
3. Weather Policy
Services are weather-dependent.
In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds), Titan Auto Care reserves the right to:
Reschedule the appointment, or
Cancel the service without penalty to the customer.
Weather-related reschedules will not affect deposit eligibility if rescheduled promptly.
4. Flexible Pricing & Vehicle Condition
Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, soil level, pet hair, stains, odors, or additional services requested.
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Any cleaning required due to bodily fluids such as vomit, urine, or feces will incur an additional fee.
Final pricing may be adjusted on-site with customer approval prior to continuing service.
Service times may vary based on the vehicle’s size, condition, and selected services. We appreciate your understanding if additional time is required to complete the service to our quality standards.
5. Service Area & Location Requirements
Services are provided only at residential or business locations with safe, legal access.
We do not service vehicles located on:
Public streets where work is prohibited
Unsafe or restricted areas
Locations without sufficient working space
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and legally parked at the time of service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings prior to service. Any loose items found will be placed in a plastic bag for customer retrieval upon completion.
Titan Auto Care is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or sensitive surfaces before service begins.
Trunk & Center Console Access (Applicable Services Only)
For services that include trunk and/or center console cleaning, these areas must be emptied prior to the scheduled appointment. Titan Auto Care is not responsible for removing, organizing, or reinstalling personal items. If these areas are not accessible at the time of service, trunk and/or center console cleaning will be excluded from the service.
7. Damage & Liability
Titan Auto Care will take all reasonable precautions while servicing your vehicle.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
Faded paint
Cracked leather
Loose trim
Fragile or aftermarket components
Any concerns must be reported before service completion.
8. Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If there is a concern with the service provided, it must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Right to Refuse Service Titan Auto Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
Unsafe working conditions
Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
Misrepresentation of vehicle condition
Situations beyond reasonable control
10. Electrical Systems Disclaimer
Titan Auto Care is not responsible for any electrical or electronic malfunctions that may occur during or after service. This includes, but is not limited to, power buttons, electronic seating, windows, infotainment systems, sensors, or battery-related components. While we use careful, industry-standard cleaning methods, certain vehicles may have pre-existing conditions or sensitivities where exposure to moisture may contribute to malfunction. Liability for such issues cannot be assumed.
